Processing Time

Our warehouse operates Monday through Sunday, processing and dispatching orders 7 days a week.
Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. If any items are out of stock or delayed, we will notify you by email.

Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping time refers to the duration required for the parcel to arrive at its destination after dispatch. 

Order Status

To check your order status, please email info@old.yamayama.com with your order number, tracking number, and billing information.
Your order number will be provided upon purchase confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Free shipping does not apply to exchanges or returns and is valid only for designated regions. Customs duties and taxes may be imposed by shipping carriers upon delivery, and under international law, we are required to declare the full value of all shipment contents. Handling and shipping times are approximate, and fixed-rate shipping fees are calculated based on current exchange rates in your selected currency. Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice, and we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
